How do I fix tax filing issues or get help from Chime’s tax filing partner?

Get help during filing:

  1. Go to the Tax Hub in the Chime app.

  2. Select the support option to visit our partner’s filing page. Tap the question mark icon at the top of the screen or tap the Contact Support card (shown on certain pages) for assistance.

Our tax filing partner does not have a direct phone number. Please use the in-app support options while filing. They typically respond within 24 hours.

Issues after filing:

  • For a rejected return, tap the in-app error message for next steps or contact support with our tax filing partner through the Tax Hub.

  • To check your refund status, visit the IRS website: Where’s My Refund?

Reminder: If it’s been a while since your return was accepted and you haven’t received your refund, check your refund status on the IRS website.
Sometimes, the IRS may need more information to finish processing your return—even if it shows as accepted. Be sure to check your mailbox in case they’ve sent a letter with instructions.
