What happens to my dispute money if my Checking Account is closed?

If you're in the process of disputing transactions and are approved for temporary credits or are given final credits for your claim: 

  • If the credits were approved before your Checking account was closed, your closure check will include the full amount, together with the credits.
  • If the credits were approved after your Checking account was closed and a closure check has been issued, we’ll send you an additional check for the credits.
