Your Chime app shows you your Chime Card account balance due and available to spend. Â
In the Profile, you can view Chime Card balances from previous months by following these steps:
- Go to Profile. Â
- Scroll down and select Documents. Â
- Tap Account statements.
- Tap Credit and choose a month to view.Â
You'll also get an email with your Chime Card balance as soon as the latest billing period ends. Â
On the home screen of the app, you’ll find how much you have available to spend on your Chime Card.
Banking services for the Chime Checking Account are provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank, N.A.,  Members FDIC. The secured Chime Visa® Credit Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or Stride Bank, N.A.  pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa credit cards are accepted. Please see  the back of your Card for its issuing bank. Members with this card will see a single spending balance in their mobile app and may make purchases up to that amount with either this card or from their Checking Account.
