How do I enable or disable transactions on my card?

You can manage your card activity by freezing it or turning off transactions.

Freeze or unfreeze your card

  1. Go to Profile.

  2. Tap Cards.

  3. Scroll to select the card you want to manage.

  4. Tap the toggle next to Freeze card.

    • Green = frozen

    • Gray = active

Freezing your card blocks new transactions. Recurring and pending payments may still go through.

Manage transactions on Chime.com

  1. Sign in at chime.com.

  2. Go to Profile.

  3. Click Account details > Transactions

  4. Click the toggle next to the card you want to freeze or unfreeze.

    • Green = frozen

    • Gray = active

Tip: Disabling transactions is helpful if your card is lost or stolen.
