After Chime covers an overdraft and you’ve paid back the negative balance, you might be asked if you’d like to leave a tip. Tipping helps support the SpotMe program and allows us to keep it going for more members, but tipping is completely optional.
Tipping or not tipping has no impact on your eligibility for SpotMe.
